you are looking at a site with intent to buy or looking at sites
within your own land, we can advise you on the merits of the site & outline
any possible difficulties with it. We can look at the site with
a view to securing planning on the site & analyse any difficulties
that could arise in the planning process. We would also offer advice
on where best to locate a building on the site as well as the type
of building which would suit the site.

What do you charge for designing a new House ?
A: We give an individual quotation for each house
we design once we gather information about the site, Planning background & client’s
brief before we start work on the design of the house. |
